At Creepers Socks, we want your feet to feel as good as your performance; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your high-performance gear within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn socks in their original packaging to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
